I'm partial to Favre with his improv and durability, and Warner really had a knack for taking losing teams out of the gutter quick, but there aren't more than 2-3 guys id take over Marino. Favre and maybe Peyton and Montana.
Marino played with a lot of mid-level dudes and scrubs. The joke was always that he either had a good defense and bad skill players, or good skill players and bad defense.
He also did it in a time where the DB could damn near molest a receiver.
