Among power rotation players, the Heat has shown interest in Emeka Okafor and has considered Ekpe Udoh. Preliminary inquiries were made on Andray Blatche and Jason Maxiell. Agent David Falk said he talked to the Heat about Elton Brand but that Brand is unlikely to end up here.

I just want Wade to show he can be healthy for a solid season + playoffs, show some new wrinkles to our offense with Bosh as a first option, and let our young talent show out.
I think we can be dark horse contenders if we stay healthy but I just want great Miami basketball. I think we're a solid big man away from being true contenders.

Bosh was dropping 20 on Toronto, with Garbagani as his second option but now he has three point range, he's better defensively, and a much smarter player.

That was damn near 5 years ago, dude is a spot up shooter who can spread the floor at this point. He has no post game, and he is not good enough facing up from the elbow to be a #1 option on a team that does not suck.......... Unless thats what yall want?????? I cant believe that the so called Heat fans would even mention Bosh being a #1 option, tht shyt is literally retarded to me, especially without knowing how well Wade will do with returning to being the #1 option seeing how he averaged 19ppg on 55% shooting, as if that number cant go up to 24-25ppg on his usual 49%. Bosh is no prime Amare, he cant win you games from the elbow, he cant dominate from the elbow, he cant post up, so HOW THE fukk WILL HE GET #1 OPTION PRODUCTION????? Some of you nikkas sound retarded for even expecting that type of shyt.
Yep, Bosh turns the ball over and doesn't really playmake, I see more of a 05/06 Wade/ Shaq dynamic. Bosh will eat, but Wade will eat more because the ball will and should be in his hands.
