All Marvin Williams brings is just the samet Rashard Lewis did for us last season...except younger. But younger also mean he'll want more money. Not sure i wanna use too much valuable cap-room on Marvin. If he were cheap, yes. But he won't. Beasley is a better option.

If you think Beasley got abused on defense.. wait tip you see Marvin. Granted, Marvin can seems to put in more effort but he's a bit slow-footed from what i recall.

Again, I watched Marvin Williams here in ATL and he was trash. He could still be a good pick up for the Heat but i just don't think he would take the pay cut we would want him to take.

Beasley is actually a deadly weapon. A potential 20 ppg 7 rpg player. He can still make 7 to 10 mil on a one year contract.

this offseason weird in heat standards. seems like Riley baited errbody with the lowry talks. shrugged off the melo rumors and let all the decent roleplayers slip away?? i mean are they any reports of him meeting with anybody and not just phone calls??? either we bout to have a really weak old bench again or everyday remaining hush and chilling cause they know melo coming. i mean if bosh and wade are taking 11 - 12 mil paycuts and not aggressively meeting with Gortat or lowry who else would be worth such a cut??? i can see jj lewis and beasley coming back for minimums and hamilton is signed for this year too plus ray, cole and shabazz.

if melo really coming the owners about to lawyer up on these nyggas lol

Only been one day and we didn't need either Lowry or Gortat.
