Since Day 1. The way to be the Heat is by shooting 3s.

Its was Dallas did and its what Spurs did well through 5 games last year and the finals this year.

i hope we can groom james ennis into our own kawhi leonard type of guy who is athletic, plays excellent D and can shoot and slash

we had a flawed roster with weaknesses that got exposed big time. at some point we're going to have to stop signing these old, washed up vets to minimum contracts and start drafting and grooming young players to develop within our system i.e. - the spurs with duncan, ginobili, parker, leonard, splitter etc.

From an outsider looking in, that's all yall need; a PG and a Center who can bang down low. Tell Bosh to get his ass on the block and to also drive to the basket more, stop settling for 3 pointers. Wade and Bosh need to take a serious pay cut and use that extra cash to round out the roster, they can't be making 20 mil each if they want to win, they need to follow the Spurs model and take less for the team's sake. Spo needs to trust his bench a lot more as well.

U can't outrun passes... Somehow... Spo's defense was about traps..

Yeah I never understood why Spo didn't stop with the trap defense. I understand thats your identity and thats how you create offense at times by creating turnovers but other than game 1 the spurs weren't turning the ball over. By game four he should have changed it up. Should have just manned up and let Duncan beat you. Beasley is ass on defense but he could have definitely helped on the offense this series. Another season with them I think he will be straight.

And enough with these fake big men 6'9 and under (Anthony, UD, etc.). Get a serviceable big at least 6'11

bird had a bad series, i think that injury he suffered in the pacers series was slowing him down. but he's one of only like 3 players i can count on to give 100% every night and he has good rapport with bron/wade so i'd welcome him back.

its more so ball movement. but this team does give up a lot of open 3s. Its their identity

The Washed up Vets weren't the problem. The system wasn't flawed. They lost to the best team in the NBA this year

Trust who on the Bench?

Chalmers was the best 3 point shooter on the team during the regular season. No one would've predicted him falling off like he did.

Them not having a center has never hurt them and it wasn't the reason they lost this series.

This L hurts but we got some real offseason work to do... Starting with getting bron to resign and getting wade to a reasonable deal... At this point i rather see him go than overpay him. Hope beas and bosh come back next season.
