define good? high quality? organic? lactose free? hormone free?

a lot of mainstream protein powders are chemical bullshyt. i roll with natural flavor (no flavor) organic, lactose free brands. you can add shyt to it to give it flavor if you want. biochem has been my go to. you trying to gain weight, add a fat to your shakes - seeds or nuts, peanut butter, coconut oil, flax seed/oil are all good choices.
