So recently I've been eating sandwiches and I notice that I never taste the cheese when it's melted (unless it's American cheese).
What type of cheese do you recommend? I don't feel melted provolone, melted cheddar, etc. Swiss I sometimes feel with chicken, and it's great.
What type do you guys eat that gives good flavor? Is American cheese product the only good sandwich cheese/melted cheese?
