PG announced he was staying in OKC 36 hours before LeBron verbally committed to Lakers on July 2nd.

Everybody knew he was signing in LA at that point. By like late June everybody knew. He never even went to or spoke to anyone from PHI our HOU. Just switched his kids schools in May, seen in LA all June, and meeting with Magic mid-late June.
