Best case scenario, the best thing DC can do is let the flash movie kick start a new DC movie universe, like Flash always kickstarts new continuity in comics.
Barry need to bust out of that DC universe at the climax and at the end of the movie show a new Bruce, Superman, Wonder Woman, and maybe a real justice league.
