Ronda Rousey has admitted she considered suicide after her shock loss to Holly Holm atUFC 193.
The 29-year-old's undefeated streak came to an end in the second round against Holm, and she admitted feeling worthless after her performance.
Speaking on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, a tearful Rousey said: "I was literally sitting there and thinking about killing myself and that exact second I’m like 'I’m nothing, what do I do anymore and no one gives a s*** about me anymore without this.'
"To be honest, I looked up and I saw my man Travis was standing up there and I looked up at him and I was like, I need to have his babies. I need to stay alive."
Rousey was taking part in her first sit-down interview since her devastating loss to Holm back in November last year.

Before her defeat, Rousey had a busy 2015 recording victories against Bethe Correia and Cat ZIngano. The former champion implied to DeGeneres that the short turn around could have contributed to her eventual loss:
"I think the one thing that was different was that it was my third title fight in nine months and I don't think anyone has ever attempted that before," said Rousey.
Rousey then revealed that she felt out of sorts against Holm from the very first exchange.
"In that first hit I cut open my whole mouth and I knocked my teeth loose," she added.
"I knew she was out there, but like I really don’t remember most of it."
"So I was trying my best to kind of hide the fact that I wasn’t even there anymore."
Rousey is expected to make her MMA comeback later this year in October or November.
