I don't believe this though. The show had been billed on TV as main event being Sasha/Charlotte. Vince wouldn't try to change that the night before the show.

Charlotte winning the belt 3x in one year like Roman is silly as fukk and is a str8 up a political push. Crowd was dead for Charlotte and her promo and Bayley Damn sure isn't as over as Sasha on the main roster.
And Becky was out working Charlotte before she ever got trained...Becky was out working Trish and Mickie at their heights. Not even close.

Sasha has won it twice, likely to win it at least one more time within the year, and hasnt performed nearly as well or consistently on the main roster as Charlotte. Bayley was more over than Sasha when she got brought up until they made it clear Bayley was gonna be relegated to midcard, losing to Dana Brooke and shyt
They shouldve kept the belt on Sasha at the PPV and all the hot potatoing is dumb, but lets not act like Charlotte is some undeserving performer when she's basically been carrying the division and comes off as the most legit woman on the roster.

Charlotte is pushed hard but carrying? She's not carrying anything..just be given alot of weird wins that has killed heat and basically left the division looking flawed. A stark contrast to what is happening with Becky and Alexa.
