I would say upper south

but given the times we living in, i think most people put Virgina, maryland, etc as just the DMV region who themselves are their own separate mini region in the hip hop world.

Who can actually pocket flows and have vocal quality and vocal tonality. Plus have updated technical aptitude. Not g unit three syllable technical skill biter rhymes.
