Men are strange creatures brehette.
On issues that are "clear" your homeboys will get active fast as fukk. Especially if you've been physically attacked, or threatened.
But "complicated" issues put every man in the group in "err...I don't know how to do/deal with this" mode. And since there's always (and even
there must always be) a clown in a circle this is the moment they usually strike out to get the uncomfortable feeling away from the group of men. But you see the clown is important; because a circle of brehs don't want something they don't quite understand to fukk up the bond, because men
do not make friends easy. Trusting the wrong person will get you killed after all.
So when a circle's threatened by something there's gotta be comedy because it's too easy for a group to split if the mentalities aren't similar/clicking and splitting isn't usually peaceful amongst friends, often times it involves violence or the promise of it.
That can be changed though, we just gotta expand on the definition of what being safe means to boys. Not men (because old dogs...), boys.
