You probably shouldn't be skating/biking/anything where people could be walking, like the middle of a walkway or wherever that is. Skater wasn't looking where he was going so the mom cursing him out/giving him a stern lecture is justified. her putting her hands on him was uncalled for though since it was an obvious accident
