I've always said I give him credit for having the balls to leave guaranteed money to chase a bucket list item. That said I do wonder if he really thought through the idea that he's got a LOT of miles on him, limited fighting experience and he's headed to a place with lifelong martial artists who would LOVE to beat up a "fake wrestler" plus Mickey Gall is likely going to hurt him badly if they do indeed fight


Though I join in on the jokes, I do respect the dude for seemingly not giving a fukk about what people think and going for what he wants. Like you said, I think he may shyt and step in it if he doesn't take a step back once he recovers and evaluate what's in front of him. There's a reason older cats in contact sports don't compete with the young guys for long. Combine that with the fact that a wrestler in a "fake sport" competes much more than a MMA fighter or boxer and he's waaaay behind the curve.
