Look at New York statistics, the fact is this is due to the police state and high incarceration rates.

I just came from court this morning, it was sad the place was filled with broken people.

Maann here we go again. I get tired of hearing this argument . Hip hop is always going to be about whats going on in the black community and whats on our minds. Now I would say it a lot of culture vultures in our culture and of course white supremacy wants us to destroy ourselves. When I step back from hip hop...its really the family system that has caused the decline in just black people overall.
