Who cares what's he's averaging right now. What matters is how he's doing it. He ain't scoring based solely on athleticism. The kid has phenomenal skill at a young age. His footwork and post game are well ahead for his age.

He's real close to being unstoppable. Because of his combination of skill and athleticism, his ceiling is like that of prime Kobe and Michael Jordan.

Andrew Wiggins has a shot at being legendary.

Wiggins floor is Derozan's ceiling. They are not remotely comprable.

Physically, Wiggins is taller and has similar explosiveness. But he doesn't have the one thing that separates Kobe from every perimeter player outside of MJ which is body control.

On the court, he's getting there but Kobe had better rebounding and playmaking capabilities at the same age. Kobe was the better defender as well.

He'll top out where Derozan is right now which is a 26-28ppg player.

Kobe was a lot better defensively with better vision, passing, and IQ even early on. Wiggins has a lot to work on, needs to start with putting weight on as it's his third year and it's inexcusable for him to still be so slim.
