I'm ready to hit the gym. No more bullshytting now. I'm sick of the pathetic ass arms and the bird chest. :scust::snoop: Now what? :mjcry:

I'm 5'8/9" and 145 lbs. I want to tone my body out and get my arms and chest bigger. What workouts should I do? How many days a week? How heavy should the weights be? Give me the rundown. :snoop:

Start with this shyt, it'll get you in the gym, familiar with the equipment, break your ego down cos you'll be STRUGGLING like a bytch early on, add a base layer of muscle and more importantly increase your strength.

Do that for a bit then you can start with the vanity muscles etc.

Eat eat eat firstly 149 at 5'9 man you could add 25 pounds easy

Follow a simple strength training problem nothing too advance and eat about 2800-3200 calories a day....you most likely have a fast metabolism so you gotta force yourself to eat

Aim for about 150 grams of protein daily
