For months they claimed there would be no microtransactions in H1Z1

Until people paid their money for the game and found out it has the most egregious type of Microtransactions in games.

Its a survival game where you can basically just pay for supplies. Those willing to play the game the right way are at a severe disadvantage.

Over the last 2 years Sony has lied and/or mislead about almost all their titles. They've also utilized some pretty ugly Microtransaction policies in games like TLOUR.

Are the Coli Sony Stans gone attack me or hold Sony accountable for their lies?:mjpls:

@Rekkapryde how can you continue to support a company that continues to shyt on gamers with these anti-consumer practices?:smh:

it's been known it would have microtransactions, like pretty much every free-2-play game. the question is, is it pay-2-win?

you can pay for airdrops, which are pretty similar to the airdrops in Rust. a (loud) plane flies over, and drops a crate full of goodies. the idea is it's an obvious event that will attract many players on the server (you can't even call one without a certain number of players on the server). an airdrop is called, and it's a 'free-for-all' to actually get it. they've already been working on tweaking how it works. they've changed the radius it falls in, and the loot it may contain. it also spawns a bunch of zombies when it lands

one of the points of "Early Access" is to tweak stuff like this. they want to see how players will use, and possibly abuse, the ingame systems. and then tweak them so they can be more balanced when the game actually releases

and yeah, they basically said that if you want to be butthurt and not understand how early access works, they'll give you your $20 back... and don't let the door hit you on the way out

How is it?

I'm getting home tonight from the pats game

ive just been watching streams on it.. looks more like Day-Z than Rust so I havnt bought it yet.. Rust was fun because it seemed action pack and was just a unique twist to FPS genre.. these seem more like jogging simulators with occasional interaction with people :yeshrug:

plus people on Rust was ruthless and heartless :wow:

Everyone who plays Day-Z and H1Z1 type games they be like "you need water? you good?" :camby:

everyone's friendly in these games when they don't have shyt, and/or don't really know how to survive. but that's changing quick as people are learning how to quickly craft a bow and survive off blackberries
