all relies on production, he can still carry songs and an album imo.Supreme is a really strange example because it was a laundry list of guys that didnt have alot of other work. Choo the Specialist was a barber, i mean he just got the most out of everyone

Black Moes-Art (Nutmeg) was the barber.

The thing about 12 Reasons, 36 Seasons, Sour Soul is they were all these concept & story albums so Ghost was kind of a voice for hire on other people's projects there, so it's not really Ghost being Ghost. If he spits like he did on Rokit on SC2, I'm all for it.

He was on a song with ringz n ringz boys from back in day. I asked ringz recently he was just a random dude they all met up with. Prolly got beats to rza.

I have faith in this album.

Ghost has been working on this for some time and i think he wants to command respect he was always that typa rapper who would come out here n there and reassert himself in the game.

I think he prolly cashed out big on those side projects like 36 seasons. Sour soul, etc and is waiting to drop his next project. Hes working on the new wu album while constantly touring past few years. Cranking out classic material just dont happen it must sit.

I got something for ghost. Straight classic soul break i made for solomon childs. I wish

we could be waiting on this for a while brehs :sadbron:

we been waiting...

In February 2013, Ghostface Killah said that Supreme Clientele 2: Blue & Cream is scheduled for release this summer and that it could possibly arrive as early as July.

Blue & Cream, hopefully this summer,” he said at the time. “Hopefully this summer. Maybe like August or something like that. I’m going to try for August, September or maybe July, but I think August might sound more reasonable if I can do it. I shouldn’t set it, because sometimes when I say a date, it don’t ever [stick]. But I gotta put it out because I’ve been sitting in it going on three years.”

Ghostface straight up disappeared these past few years. Never even did a breakfast club interview and charlatan was always saying that's his favorite rapper :why:

:whoa:I'm good. The thing about SC that made it so fresh was the fact that it came out during a time when the WU was on the decline. The album felt like it shouldn't have a sequel. Plus, Ghost can't really spit like he used to. So if he does drop the album, it would be like Fishscale. Dope beats/average lyrics:ld:

Fishscale had prime time rhyming. Shakey Dog, Big Girl, The Champ, Underwater, Ragu...Ghost did his thing on that album.

I'm still waiting on SC2. Ghost says it's a classic and I believe him.

No doubt Ghost did his thing on the album, but it felt off compared to his previous work. It lacked the certain feeling of his last albums, like he was trying to prove that he was legit. This was during the time when rappers were heated with "ringtone" rappers and its obvious he was trying to do the whole bringing hip hop back shyt. It was a good album, but it felt lacking to him dropping bars like this:

Scientific, my hand kissed it, robotic let's think optimistic
You probably missed it, watch me dolly dikk it
Scotty, watty, cop it to me, big microphone hippie
Hit Poughkeepsie crispy chicken, verbs throw up a stone Richie
:ahh:
