This why I can't stand Batman fans. Batman is a man. Spider-man can dodge bullets and lift tanks. He would kill Batman a 1000x times over.

Yeah he is. Bested him on several occasions because he's smarter than him. Ock admitted it when he was superior spider man but of course has reverted back to his typical deluded narcissism

And the problem with "intelligence arguments" is that it kinda depends on what your classifying as intelligent.
Peter is more tactical and adaptive than Doc Ock but he's nowhere near the planner, as efficient, or capable of the same scientific advancements that Otto is.
Same reason Superman's might think faster than Batman but he's not able to adapt and plan ahead like Batman is.

For ock admitting anyone is better than him is admitting enough. Plus that aside he's proven it over time that he's smarter than ock. Like there's no way he isn't. He's beaten him at every turn in every scheme and even when ock thinks he has him beat he finds a way back through something ock didn't think of but he did

Man ya'll are forgetting, Pete wasn't a silver spoon kid like Bruce or Tony were. He always had the capacity to be up there intellectually, but he spent most of his teen years hustling to make money for him and Aunt May to keep a roof over their heads, oh yeah and being a costumed crime-fighter at night when he should have been home studying. Imagine if he didn't have all those real-world problems as a kid. The intellect part of this conversation wouldn't be a debate.

Peter Parker is a genius. He's definitely smarter than Robin, maybe not Bruce Wayne, but that's probably more so due to the age difference and differences in resources... Peter grew up poor.
In terms of combat, Spiderman beats both of them however he feels like it on that day.
