Surprised that he’d actually accept an NFL job with the lawsuit going on and all. I’m guessing he had to take it or it would have hurt his argument. I’m guessing the NFL couldn’t block teams from hiring him either or that would prove his point.

He’s lucky that he isn’t/wasn’t banned from the league in any capacity because of the lawsuit. There aren’t many companies out here if any that will still let you work there after suing them.
