He is, always has been and always will be trash. He is a solid defender but he not Roberson/Allen level where he is just so good you can forgive the fact he provides NO offense at all. At least Tony Allen was a good finisher

And its not like a Giannis situation where he was playing against scrubs too but Giannis is such an athletic marvel that it made sense to take a chance on him. Frank is nothing special at all athletically
He coulda stuc in the late 90s when teams were ok having defense only guys like Trenton Hassell and dudes like that would didnt contribute shyt else than solid defense.
He should just go bac to Europe once his contract is up, he has no chance to be shyt in the NBA
