that won't even be a possibility until dude comes back healthy. Trading shump for the possibility of a prime player who happens to be injured is antonio mcdysee all over again. Plus Shump keeps showing he isn't a piece you trade lightly. So I don't see it happening, even when JR comes back.
I'm cool with Beno. He can hit that mid range pretty well. I think he'll have the hardest time adjusting being that he's new to all these guys as a pg.

Ok.... Now that I'm calm. I don't blame this as much on Bargyawny and Beano Udrith as much as I do coach Woodson. He didn't really put them in a position to succeed.
1. Everyone knows Yawny can't play center, and coach didn't need to try it out to see.
2. You don't put new/young players on the court at the same time and first game of the season. Why were Beano, Yawny, THJR and Metta out on the court together so much. Players can't get acclimated to the system like that.
3. Woodson kept them same bum lineups out there even when it wasn't working. He killed threw momentum with his stubbornness. Did he think it would fix itself in 5 minutes on the court?

We had to try it to confirm that it does NOT work. Otherwise some may suggest this sort of lineup in the future. If it worked out well last night, we would have essentially had a brand new team within our squad giving us some productivity. Unfortunately, it did not work - but Woodson has now satisfied everyone's curiosity regarding that option.
He is trying to find who he can rely on.

He'll break down the D with penetration giving JR, Amare and Melo more open shots thus conserving their energy.
Rondo has great hands on D and he's an excellent rebounder which would negate Melo's shortcomings
He'll challenge Melo and he, MWP and Chandler/ K-Mart on the court at the same time
