Woodson's coaching has been suspect as hell this losing streak, but that THJR for JR sub last night might have taken the cake. THJR woulda hit that three that JR missed too.

Melo is gonna get killed for that shot and rightfully so. I don't think he's worth the max, but you know Dolan is gonna give it to him.

should knicks blow it up?

Why? It's not like they have control over their 2014 pick anyway. I'm not a fan of firing the coach so early in the season but it's obvious a change needs to be made. You can't get rid of all the players so Woodson's the easiest piece to remove.

This team isn't good but they should rally when Chandler gets back and get around .500 which sadly should be enough to get into the postseason.

^ they can trade melo for noah / deng right now

To me, that's just shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic. I'd be all for breaking it up if they controlled their 2014 pick but they don't... it is what it is. I think the better question is if a team of Melo + whomever they try to bring in her in 2015 with a max contract is championship caliber.

I'm still shocked from what I saw last night...Down 2 and you decide to run the clock down, not for the game-winner, but to tie it up. Don't even give yourself time to get the rebound or play the fouling game. No IQ whatsoever. :wow:

This team isn't nearly as likable as last years. And I'm not even talking about the losing part. This year's team is stupid and lazy and just plain boring to watch. They play like they don't even like each other. :snoop:

I've mentally checked out on this season but here's some bright side for anyone still stressing: We've only been blown out about twice right? The rest have been 5-12 point losses. That's the Tyson Factor. Some of those points are his putbacks and alley oops. MANY are 2nd chance points that wouldnt be there if he was playing to get the defensive rebound. So yeah. Everything's gonna be ok.

I REALLY want this team to blow it up but unfortunately we don't have continual first round picks until 2017.

Portland, GS, Minnesota all found franchise players primarily through the draft. It's possible but NY fans and management alike lack patience.

knicks could try to blow it up but it would require moving Melo and considering he could opt out.... the knicks really can't blow it up, because no where Melo would likely go would have the picks/players to make the trade worth it.

Also not for nothing that is a problem that this organization also falls for which is jumping onto the next thing. They traded zach randolph (who was a good player on a bad team) in order to hunt for Lebron and lost mad picks and seasons in the process and didn't get Lebron. thorough the miracle of mediocrity in the Eastern conference the knicks could still make it into the playoffs.

shyt this isn't even a must win season to try to look good for FA since that won't be for another season as well. I starting to think that fact and chandlers injury is why the whole team is like Blah. They know this year doesn't matter and they aren't built to win it (or even go that deep in the playoffs). So why try hard.
