Ok thats what I need to hear.... Cause in hindsight 20/20 not only is he the defensive anchor, I'm starting to think he is the glue guy (especially with J Kidd retired) who covers for everyone and keeps them on the same page. Once he gets back the knicks should start winning ...... I hope

If Chandler can come back healthy and the season is dead....he might have more trade value than Melo. You could probably get a first round pick next year for him from a team looking to win it this year.(OKC, Portland, Houston, San Antonio).
Knicks[Dolan] dont operate like that if anything theyll trade younger guys like Shumpert/Hardaway JR for some near over the hill veteran to make a run at the 8th seed
As bad as that thinking is this year they might have no choice because a full rebuild without a pick and the Nuggets somehow getting a top 3 pick from the knicks would be the death blow for that franchise
Someone should offer the Knicks a cant miss deal but also ask for Chris Smith just to see if the Knicks would do it...
