I give the show credit for addressing all sides of the issue and giving every character a point, even Cam and the model.

Missy letting her petty insecurities get the best of her. Girl you winning beyond measures in life.
If I could pick any famous chick in the world to date it would be Logan Browning. Chick is outrageously beautiful.

It was petty because she's fine, have a husband, and a career and yet she still harboring resentment from light skin girls getting put on a pedestal while she was growing up. In hindsight she just fired a chick because she was light skin. Not because she legitimately did something wrong, but because she was light skin.

Dope episode. The writing and acting were excellent. 
I really appreciated how we saw the different points of view about colorisim, feminism and adult discourse without going off on each other.
When Missy was going off about "mansplaining" it was surprising to see how they allowed a male point of view with a differing in opinion
but was respectable and non condescending.
Missy had good intentions and I agree with her but her way of handing it reminded me of some of these tumblr / twitter cats who
want to do things scorched earth/my way or the highway and fukk anyone who has a slight question of your methods even if they want to help or are sympathetic.
