if you can afford healthy living and you have the time too you'll almost always choose high quality food over fast food, junk and slop. not everyone can afford lobster, truffles and Mediterranean scallops every weekend. single mothers with 2 jobs don't have time for the gym. women with rich men can spend all day pampering themselves eating vegetarian diets, spas and tai bo lessons.
