EDIT: for clarification; by '92-93 school year, I'm talking fall '92 thru spring '93.
if youre from down south or something, youre prolly a month ahead.

the goat fiscal school year of modern times at least

25 year anniversary:flabbynsick:

the classic ingredients are endless.

do we crown this or what??? :king::king::king:????????

summer '93 was when I graduated out of the casual realm, but I remember that school year that preceded it being stacked, and I was just beating around the surface in real-time.

Every school year of the early to mid 90s was great.

I gotta go with 93 - 94 though.

10th grade :banderas:

that's up there too.

but a lot of it was low-key layovers & back-end runs that 92-93 caught the better half of.

93-94 might've had the better albums catalog tho.

I smell a potential spinoff.

My nikka:myman:

I was in 8th grade, so this is when the Death Row era started

shoot I was in 3rd. that school year for me at the beginning was all about rumpshaker. we used to recite that song on the bus en route to away games. no wonder we went like 3-9 that year. we were like an expansion team tho.

but your post reminds me, the oldheads in 8th had some kinda scene in the middle of the Christmas show where they performed snippets of current hits like "hip-hop hooray"(they had it lit), some jawns did a en vogue song, and there was something else I think.(EDIT: prolly boyz II men)

lol. you just brought back some classic memories.
