Seated rows aren't hard, but its not everday you see someone rowing over 500lbs.

I usually only do 410lbs for reps.

Guess I know what i'm gonna do in the gym today
Ive used that machine in the gym. Think the most I can lift is 80 on each arm. I mostly train my legs and abs (for upper body) when I do go the gym.

That's inspiring. As we get older we gotta take care of ourselves.

When I'm in the gym sometimes I see most of these old men looking bad.

But then you see another old guy and he's the same age but looking for and personification good health.
