I wouldn't be surprised one of the main reasons why locker room is bad there is because of danny himself who keeps showing up in trade rumors all the time possibly acquiring new players. Even Jaylen spoke on this issue a while ago.
Meanwhile nets hired people who recognize talent and they are building a team from scratch, bunch of young players who are balling for the contract and they got lucky with d'angelo trade. They are what celtics were few years ago before they acquired their stars.
