I wonder if the coli will show up tonight.

:lupe:
It's funny, because he looks like a JAG within the flow of the offense now, but that motion seems to almost demand it. He's 'there' for the one on one still...now it's just finding when the times right. But he already sees that he can pass it up and he may get it back twice on that one possession, so hopefully it will continue to get more comfortable for him in the next few weeks.

You can see how well the unit flows with Jaylen and Hortford and Kyrie, Gordon will fit perfectly.

Exactly.

He's already dispelling the very thing he's been constantly criticized over - not moving the ball. Now it's just a case of him taking over when it's needed, because I still feel like he's being overcautious and giving up the ball almost too much. Which I can understand because he wants to let the younger guys cook, and not the guy who's trying to be all me, me, me.

Why is he shooting so bad so far this year?

another game of 20 pts on 5/13.......I want him to up that to 25-27 ppg on 46+ %. I know he can
It's only been four games in a completely different system with completely different players. He had 4-5 game stretches last season when he didn't shoot great. It happens. The main thing is that he's playing within an offense, the one thing the coli told me he couldn't do.

Dude's missing shots he normally makes. Not even slightly worried.

As Mike/Tommy mentioned on commentary, he hasn't played in an offense with this much movement/action. His playmaking has been great and the shots will absolutely start to fall.

There nothing like the LeBron gravity. Kyrie has to adjust to not having LeBron out there pulling the defense towards him.
This is horrendous logic. Kyrie was more closely guarded than LeBron was last season. You're a Cavs fan yet you make silly statements like this.

Have you watched Cavs games, man? I watch all of them. LeBron pulls defenses towards him like Curry and Durant. Top players do that. Kyrie will have a harder time scoring this season. He will have an even harder time if they even make the playoffs.

Agreed. He had another play tonight when he tried to force a kick out pass that he normally wouldn't dream of, turned it over. Last year's team was slow and no one could create their own shot besides Isaiah, so Brad leaned on him heavy. The leaps made by Jaylen, Rosier and Smart, coupled with Tatum and Baynes (whose a much more active big than Amir and seems to complement Al quite well) let's Kyrie blend in more to get comfortable. By seasons end, I bet his efficiency is sky high.
