The World Boxing Organization (WBO) is the latest entity to take issue with Al Haymon's business model known as the (PBC) Premier Boxing Champions.
Along with the A.B.C (ASSOCIATED BOXING COMMMISION) and DE LA HOYA's Golden Boy Promotion whom is actually preparing a civil suit against the man Haymon provided services to the Golden Boy brand as an "advisor" up until late 2014
Ever since Haymon's PBC has obtained various TV spots with networks such as SPIKE TV, NBC, ESPN, CBS and a few more pending networks, the WBO along with the A.B.C (Associations of Boxing Commisons) are encouraging the newly appointed Attorney General Loretta Lynch to conduct a full scale investigation into whether or not Mr. Al Haymon is violating the Muhammad Ali act which disallows any entity to act as both a Promoter and Manager on the boxers behalf.
A.B.C President Tim Lueckennoff submitted a six page request to take a look into the business activities of Mr. Al Haymon, because in his

The irony of this is that "TIM" as Pedro Fernandez pointed out in this recent op-ed articale on RINTALK.COM
"Tim Leuckenhoff has never before forwarded a complaint (that I’m aware of) or a boxing case to the Justice Dept. in seven terms as A.B.C. President, that is a story in itself! And now Tim wants to USE the “G”(FEDS) to look up Al Haymon’s skirt."
aa As many boxing pundits have known the MUHAMMAD ALI ACT has NEVER BEEN ENFORCED, as virtually EVERY MANAGER and PRMOTER has blurred the lines of it from Lou Duva, to Bob Arum and countless others.
IT'S BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE IT'S INCEPTION!!! ACCORDING TO THIS 2007 ESPN article:

And the truth of the matter is that the biggest violators of it have been the organizations and networks themselves, case in point the WBO one of th e plaintiffsin this case rarely reports violations of it by various promoters and in many cases like it's fellow sanctionaing body the IBF would turn a BLIND EYE to issues by taking BRIBES from promoters like BOB ARUM who came under investigation in 1999.
But nobody went to jail or were threatned with INCARCERATION

Prior to this many speculated that the calls for inquires into Haymon alledgedly violating the MUHAMMAD ALI ACT were of a personal nature , because of his less than harmonious split with the GOLDEN BOY FRANCHISE with the exit of over 70% of the De La Hoya roster along with Hoya's Right Hand man Richard Schaefer.
But with Tim Lueckennoff throwing his hat in this "ring of hostile legalit" it's clear their is a bigger issue which goes beyond the tensions of GOLDEN BOY and AL HAYMON.
Montreal Press recently reported that Haymon reps have been seen in Canada having custom championship belts made with the PBC acronym on display.

If this is so, it now make sene as to why TIM would go as far to have ARUM incardcerated....HAYMON's business model not only knocks out competitors but it threatenes the whole ESABLISHMENT OF BOXING, by creating a new super organization led by HAYMON'S HANDLING OF OVER 150 BOXERS.
writer pedro Fernandez SAID IT BEST:
"And NO, I’m not playing the Race card here, more like throwin’ down the Establishment card ......“BIG AL” HAS SHOOK ESTABLISHMENT TO CORE !!
A 59-year old Harvard alumnist, Haymon lets Sam Watson be the “face” of Premier Boxing Champions. With a $400 million war chest of investor money, Haymon is paying fighters more than they would have gotten elsewhere"
END OF THE DAY IT’S JUST BUSINESS
Still, Al has to turn that seed money, some of it British, into gold sooner rather than later for the investors that feel he has a winning plan. Will the Establishment allow him to go forward? Better yet, can they formulate a way stop Haymon? And is this the first step in that desired direction?"
