Aside from Ryan having a down year what's the problem with this team?

Not a falcons fan but most of my friends here are and them cats starting to sound depressed. Thought y'all fixed the Oline issues. Is Devante having a down year too?

We gave up over 100 yards in penalties last week. We gotta get a new coaching staff first.
