A Bronx cop had repeated sex with an underage prostitute — and filmed the illicit encounters, authorities said Tuesday.

Officer Raul Olmeda, 40, kept images of his trysts with the teen along with those of other women — and a Dropbox PowerPoint file titled “The List,” which included the names, birth dates and photos of all other women he slept with since 1989, officials said.

“Some of those women also appeared to be underage,” prosecutor Meagan Powers told the judge during Olmeda’s arraignment Tuesday afternoon in Bronx Supreme Court.

The cop’s dirty deeds came to light only during an unrelated search of his home as part of a tax-fraud case, when authorities discovered the X-rated footage, officials said.

Olmeda, wearing a black T-shirt and grey cargo pants, pleaded “not guilty” at the proceeding before he coughed and slumped his head.

According to prosecutors, he had sex five times with the teen between January and April.

“The defendant preyed on the vulnerable young woman and videotaped his demeaning and dehumanizing acts,” District Attorney Darcel Clark stated. “It is especially disturbing that these crimes are alleged against a member of the NYPD.”

Investigators didn’t discover the relationship until March, when they obtained a warrant to search his home in the tax case, officials said. Olmeda allegedly filed falsified state and federal tax returns for numerous individuals and amassed more than $200,000 that he deposited in a bank account, authorities allege.

During the raid on his home, agents seized computers, cell phones, video cameras and several encrypted hard drives. Closer inspection revealed the X-rated footage.

After learning of the sex probe, Olmeda allegedly tried to interfere in the case by pressuring the teenage prostitute not to talk to cops and logging into private NYPD databases to access information on the Internal Affairs probe. His Dropbox account included one file titled “My Investigation,” prosecutors said.

Olmeda has been a cop for four years and was assigned to the 42nd Precinct before he was stripped of his gun and badge.

His union lawyer, Stuart London, disputed the prosecution’s claims.

“My client will be back to fight these charges because he vehemently denies them from the bottom of his feet to the top of his head,” London said, adding, “This isn’t numerous underage women. It seems to be one underage woman whose credibility we don’t know at all.”

London described Olmeda as a lifelong resident of The Bronx, a devoted cop and longtime caretaker to his mother. He is also engaged to a 32-year-old woman with a brain tumor, the lawyer said.

Olmeda was charged with numerous felonies, including five counts of third-degree rape and five counts of use of child in a sexual performance. He faces up to 15 years in prison on the top charge.

“The fact that the defendant is an NYPD officer evidences an unconscionable violation of his oath to uphold the law and protect the public,” NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill said.

The judge set bail at $250,000, half of the amount prosecutors requested.

Olmeda still couldn’t afford bail Tuesday, though an alleged co-conspirator in the tax case, who attended the arraignment, was offering to pay it. A follow-up hearing will be held Monday.

An NYPD housing cop has been busted for exposing himself to two school-aged sistersas they walked to church in The Bronx last week, police said.

Adam Fridson, 43, a 12-year veteran who works in the borough, was charged Tuesday with acting in a manner injurious to a child, lewdness and exposure of a person for committing the disturbing act against the victims, aged 12 and 7, cops said.

The officer got out of a light-colored Subaru on East Tremont Avenue near Barkley Avenue in Schuylerville about 4:10 p.m. Oct. 11 and approached the children as they walked to their house of worship, police said.

Fridson — who was wearing a black T-shirt with a logo of Jack Skellington, the main character from “The Nightmare Before Christmas — exposed himself to the victims and asked them for directions to a McDonald’s before fleeing, according to police.

Police on Saturday released details of the incident and surveillance images of the suspect. They released additional surveillance footage on Tuesday.

Fridson, a Yonkers resident, was collared in lower Manhattan at about 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.

The officer raked in a total pay of $107,781 last year, according to data posted by SeeThroughNY.

A Brooklyn teen testified Monday before a grand jury hearing evidence about a her alleged rape by two NYPD cops inside a police van, The Post has learned.

The 18-year-old woman’s testimony marked her second appearance before the Brooklyn Supreme Court panel, sources said.

It followed an attempt last week by disgraced cops Eddie Martins and Richard Hall to avoid indictment by attacking her credibility in a letter to prosecutors.

The letter noted how the young woman filed a $50 million notice of claim against the city earlier this month and later “rebranded herself as a wannabe rapper named ‘Fi5ty Milli.'”

It also said other recent, online behavior — including posting a “provocative ‘selfie'” — was “unprecedented for a depressed victim of a vicious rape.”

She has since removed virtually all of her photos from Twitter and restricted access to her Instagram account.

The young woman — who calls herself “Anna Chambers” online — has said she was handcuffed while one of the cops raped her and both forced her to perform oral sex following her arrest for possessing drugs inside a Coney Island park on Sept. 15.

The cops — whose DNA was found in “rape kit” tests performed on the teen — have said the sex was consensual.

Martins’ lawyer, Mark Bederow, said about the case Monday: “I strongly caution against drawing conclusions based upon nothing more than allegations that repeatedly are disseminated to the media by a plaintiff’s lawyer.”

The teen’s lawyer, Michael David, said, “We will continue to stand and repeat our demands that justice be served over the most brutal rape and sexual assault ever committed by on-duty officers in the NYPD.”

Hall’s lawyer declined to comment.

A high-ranking Bronx cop forced himself on a female cop and sexually assaulted her inside his office, prosecutors charged Friday.

Deputy Inspector Keith Walton was arraigned in Bronx Criminal Court on felony sex abuse as well as misdemeanor charges of official misconduct and forcible touching.

The cop has been relieved of his duties and stripped of his gun badge over the allegations.

Prosecutors said he preyed on a female officer in his command.

“He called the officer into his office — once alone he pulled her hair, he tried to kiss her,” Assistant District Attorney Meagan Powers said.

The ADA said that Walton then grabbed the woman’s genital area and placed her hand on his crotch.

Walton’s lawyer, Lou La Pietra, said his client was “shocked” by the allegations.

Walton, commanding officer of the 49th Precinct, was assigned to desk duty in another Bronx station house Wednesday.

Walton — who was recently promoted from captain — is suspected of at least one office incident, sources said.

He was accused departmentally of sexual misconduct, sources said.

Walton, 44, broke up with his longtime, live-in girlfriend earlier this year, and is currently embroiled in a custody battle over their 16-year-old son, sources said.

An off-duty NYPD cop wanted for questioning in the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl hanged himself in the Hamptons Tuesday, sources said.

The officer, who is assigned to Transit District 33, was accused of abusing the girl sometime Friday, sources said.

Sources said the girl claimed the officer assaulted her in her Bushwick, Brooklyn, bedroom. She told her mother and then she and her mother confronted the cop at Wyckoff Hospital early Saturday.

The officer was dating a relative of the victim’s, sources said. After the couple was confronted, they fled and were on the lam ever since, sources said.

A Manhattan nursing student is suing the NYPD for $3 million, claiming the cops sent to interview her about her sexual assault instead took her drinking and tried to have sex with her — telling her afterward, “It can’t leave this room” and threatening that her “credibility would be shot” if she told anyone about their night out.

The 25-year-old woman says in the Manhattan federal lawsuit, filed late Tuesday, that after she was sexually assaulted by a social acquaintance in a Manhattan apartment in January 2013, she flew to Seattle to be with her family, then reported the assault to the NYPD in June 2013.

NYPD Lt. Adam Lamboy and Detective Lukasz Skorzewski flew to Seattle to interview the woman about the assault, but at a follow-up meeting on July 6, 2013, they instead pressured her into drinking with them, according to the suit.

Lamboy even joked that it was “OK” and “we’ll protect you,” the suit states.

The cops kept buying her drinks over a 10-hour pub crawl, with Skorzewski flirting with the woman and telling her, “You’re my favorite victim,” according to the suit.

“By midnight, plaintiff indicated she needed to leave because she had work in the morning.

“The officers told plaintiff to call her boss and tell him she could not make it to work and they would ‘vouch for her’ as police officers,” the suit states, adding that the cops coaxed the woman into spending the night at their hotel.

Skorzewski climbed into bed with the woman and said he wanted to kiss her, but even when she said that was inappropriate, he persistently kissed and fondled her while trying to get his hands into her pants for the next 20 to 30 minutes, the suit states.

“Eventually, plaintiff was able to get out of bed and retreated to the shower where she began to cry,” the suit claims.

“When plaintiff returned to the room, she was confronted by Skorzewski, who implored plaintiff not to divulge what had just transpired to anyone. ‘It can’t leave this room,’ stated Skorzewski,” according to the lawsuit.

The NYPD suspended and demoted Skorzewski. Lamboy’s pay was docked and he was transferred.

The city will review the lawsuit once it is served, a Law Department spokesman said.

INWOOD — An off-duty NYPD cop was arrested Friday for allegedly raping a Bronx school teacher at gunpoint, police said.

The attack unfolded in the rear courtyard of a building on Park Terrace West at approximately 6:45 a.m., according to several witnesses.

Police confirmed that the suspect in the attack on the 25-year-old woman was Officer Michael Pena, 27, a 3-year NYPD veteran.

Authorities said that Pena set on the woman as she was headed to work.

The officer, who authorities said was drunk, allegedly asked the woman for directions to the No. 1 train and told her to show him the way.

When she refused, he put his arm around her, opened his jacket and showed her his gun, authorities said.

According to NYPD spokesman Paul Browne, Pena told the woman, "You're coming with me." He then allegedly forced her behind a building and sexually assaulted her.

One neighbor, who asked to have his name withheld due to safety concerns, said he was sleeping in his apartment when loud noises woke him up. He looked out his window and saw what appeared to be a man and woman outside having sex.

He confronted the man, saying, “Dude, I live here.” The suspect responded by holding up his hand, saying, "Just give me a minute."

The witness said he then noticed the suspect, who flashed a badge at some point, holding a gun to the woman's head. The witness then called the police.

Moments later officers arrived.

The victim told cops that she was raped, that Pena had a gun, and to "be careful," Browne said.

I can find many many more. But hey, to protect and serve :yeshrug:
