I don't know about consensus, I'd say it's pretty even on who people had in the battle. Con's first round was fire, second round was long and drawn out with a lot of outdated punchlines. He had a couple of fire lines no doubt, but the way Surf barked on him in the second, he couldn't compare. And third I gave Surf but it's debatable because it was short but Surf went stupid in that third imo

I dont think its that he deems himself the best nygga doin it cause he never says that. He honestly quite humble about it. I believe its moreso that round for round Surf can go with anybody and he knows that, and hes faced killers and he acknowledges his peers all the time. Like him or not he is one of the top dudes in battle rap from a skill, resume, and business standpoint. So in that regard nobody can really knock surf for talkin his shyt.

i agree. Surf/Lux/Hollow/Math/DNA are dudes who got the right attitudes (even tho they're different) that makes for good battles

surf bein the way he is is the MAIN reason why every time he battles(wit the exception of cal and hollow) his opponents usually comes on their A game
