You didn't need to include the Fettucine joint. That was a quality battle. Now the rest, I agree (Colorado bruh?). The elephant in the room of this YK/Chilla brand debate is that they actually battled each other since they've been off URL. And it was as debatable as you can get. Also, not sure anybody cares but Jimz got better.

There's no elephant in the room. YK beat Chilla. Chilla's brand is much bigger. Chilla fathered a new style of battle rapping. YK isn't known for anything in particular, he's just a good battler. Even YK's opponent Steams is a bigger name at this point, not because Steams is on URL, but because Steams has a whole team of disciples who are making names for themselves.

But Url has dropped battles for the most part waaaaaay quicker then before...Sm4, R vs V...i should of clarified on "the wait" because contrary to the norm we havent had to wait too long for a Url battle to drop...other then law vs. magic

It's not about who nice and who not. It's about building up the hype and anticipation for yourself and your name. Smack, kotd, rbe, they need guys with names that open your eyes when you see the match up on they card so they can sell the tickets and/or ppv. Even with a guy like shotgun suge although I think he trash he still built a lane for himself as a bully who talks that street shyt, so a match vs a holy dude like saga, or another street dude like t top draws the intrigue. Yk vs steams could be nice, honestly who really hyped for that battle? If I'm yk I don't even take steams. He should be taking a pg who done built they brand up some, ty law, chess, chef trez, hell yk could have took saga. But steams makes no sense. And those are the kind of matches yk keeps finding himself in. He keeps taking guys who stock is on its way down rather than on its way up.

Plus he's already battled a lot of the mid tiers already (Magic, Chilla, JC, M Ciddy, Tez, O Red, Lotta Zay, Nuborn, Danja Zone). He's even battled Tay Roc already

Steams stock isn't on the way down, he's actually just starting to become a more complete battler. He's on both upcoming URL cards, and his disciple Chess is one of URL's biggest rising stars. YK needs to those 150-200k views to reintroduce himself to the Smack audience.
If YK beats Steams, he probably gets a better match-up.

So.......... Mr. Wavy had the best performance (not best bars, best performance) of all the rookies on RVV, but we haven't seen him since. Chess is on both upcoming cards, Top, Brizz & Prep are on the Redemption card.
Is it safe to say Mr. Wavy made the cut for SM5?
