Mook turned down 70k to battle Arsonal. Probably the second easiest top tier guy to beat clearly outside of DNA. Doesn't even make sense to talk about who he will or won't battle at this point. I can see if URL was offering more than that or KOTD, or any league for that matter. But they're not. I wish somebody offered me 70k for at the most what 25 mins of work.

For guys like Mook and Hollow it's probably months of work, that goes into a 15-25 minute performance. Plus Mook's livelihood is at stake when he battles. He's not Clips, he can't run to KOTD if he loses. He has to sit for 2 years if he loses clearly.
Anyway, at some point we must consider Arsonal's track record with big money battles. Hollow/Lux ended with his company being restructured and having to rebuild.
Are/Fab ended with the investor involved going into hiding. Maybe Mook doesn't trust Ars like that.
