You know what I dislike the most out of these vlad tv nyggas like Millz, 40 Cal, etc. These nyggas don't show any interest whatsoever in battling. It's all about the check. Forgot to say they closed down Blackstar music and video(PG battle venue). Was hitting up Jacob's and noticed the rental space available sign.

No more classic one offs and PG battles at the venue.

I always wondered how that place was able to stay afloat on that block.. Rent must've been sky high. There's a lot of money making businesses there.. A lot of tourist, and lots of white ppl hitting that area now.

Rents are CRAZY in Harlem right now. Trust me. There are a couple of reasons that I've moved back there (grew up there), but it may not make sense for me to stay if certain things don't fall into place.
That place would have just been a money pit if Smack rented it. None of these spots mean anything if you don't own them.

And isn't that the home of the "Lionz Den" anyway? Why is everyone calling on Smack to keep it open?
