Yall kill me with that, "when I go back and watch blah blah". Almost everyone had Hollow beating Lux, now he lost 3-0 lol? People completely disregard timeliness when it comes to battle rap. Of course your perception of a battle is gonna be different when you go back and watch it because you already know what's coming next. How is that not taken into consideration? Hollow's appeal is partially his spontaneity. He say and do shyt on the fly that's a million times more impressive when it's happening in the moment. Writing complex bars that people catch 3 years after the fact doesnt mean you won the battle all of a sudden. it means you wrote a bar that was likely far too complex for the battle in the first place.

With that said, it's the GOAT battle to me.

Never had Hollow winnin, only round I ever considered debatable was Rd2

Trez and prep is a matchup I can fukk with. This is realistically the level trez is on to me right now. He should walk through prep, just like he was supposed to walk through ryda.

jc "recycled" from a verse he thought was never coming out. something every single battle rapper has done, meaning they used bars from battles that never dropped. the recycle thing was something roc fans gravitated towards as a life line as we were pointing out the dose you out lines that got crowd reaction and they couldnt escape the clear gas that was in that building. once that league owner got butt hurt and drop those bars they ran to it as if he choked forgot his shyt and then used those bars.

im to a point i seriously dont think those who say roc won that battle ever went back and watched that battle even a 2nd time. not you personally , just saying in general.
