I think Mr. Mills is a repeat offender. I remember him backing out on another RBE card too.

For ARP to put this out publicly, maybe Mr. Mill$ signed some sort of contract with the URL? Maybe the URL locked him in for a few battles despite the fact his pg performance was viewed as just okay.

Battlers backing out is part of the game. It isn't ARP's style to really put anything out there publicly. However, that is the one scenario where I can see him doing it.

A lot of em ain't real enough to tell leagues how they moving.

Just tell a nikka "yo, on some real shyt.. I can't battle on ya league cause I signed such and such"
Or "I can't do this battle cause I can't handle two this close to eachother"

Most these nikkas just ain't real.

And the ironic thing about it is, DNA is one of the corniest nikkas in battlerap.
I don't believe any gun bar that nikka ever spit.

But it's clear he does good business to be able to move and deal with so many leagues

I think he's doing the respectable thing. What are his alternatives? He's trying to show integrity and let the fans know the battle won't go down in advance. I'm just throwing it out there that I believe Mr. Mill$ came to some sort of agreement with the URL. This is all speculation of course, however it would be a good move on the URL's part. They pretty much get a guy that is a RBE regular off ARP's roster.

If this is the reason Mr. Mill$ did not show up, I believe this is justification for ARP to shoot him.

Not sure if it has to do with URL because Mr Mills has also backed out of PGs before too. He also backed out twice on KOTD according to Gully TK.
I guess we will see.
