Verb has too many bad habits like the short rounds & stumbling/choking for this type of battle with BDot. Not sure if he's ready to have a "conversation" type of battle right now.

Time limits are going to be interesting. Verb typically has VERY short rounds on KOTD. Battles that last less than 20 minutes. He probably negotiates the lowest time limits possible. He'll make sure Bdot is cut off.

I KNEW this was going to come up, but I didn't know nyggas would catch it so soon. I thought this would be an issue later on.

It just makes the match up even more ridiculous. Just from an emcee standpoint, why target a guy like BDot, for just 2 minute rounds?

If you are even battling Bdot, you are looking to have a certain type of battle. Longer rounds just make more sense.

It's just bizarre that Verb is a "rapper," but can't seem to put together more than 6 minutes of material for an entire battle. Why does he even want to battle Lux, a guy that comes with unlimited rounds? How does a Lux/Verb battle make sense when you have Lux, who is gonna give you 8-10 minutes of material per round, and Verb, who is gonna give you 1:45 per round?

I don't even think a 2017, highly motivated Verb can write a 4 minutes rounds nowadays.

Leagues want to make battles, and to get certain ones they tell the battlers what they want to hear. There's no doubt in my mind that leagues will communicate one thing to battle rapper A, and then another thing to battle rapper B, and if it comes up just deal with it at the venue. The emcees are gonna want the other half of their deposit, so it isn't like they are gonna refuse to battle.
