I'm at work today, and I see a piperboy video that says top 4 bloggers. I decided to click on it. Now I don't really follow his videos besides what's posted in here, just because it's not my cup of tea. He says the top 4 bloggers are Vada Fly, Rome Dmv, Jimz, and himself. Of course, he takes shots at Chris Unbias. He said he was getting boring, all he did was talk in front of the camera, etc. He was talking about how the new bloggers are more innovative and bringing more to the game.

So with Chris, you had the untold truths, those long ass recaps where you felt like you were in the building, those videos with Mickey Factz, and whatever else I'm forgetting.

I'm aware he's trying to actually sell himself as a big time blogger, but it was kind of corny. He does a style of blogging that everyone does. You find a tweet, instagram post, and just comment about it in a short video. This dude can't really hold down a video more than 5 mins.

I would rather listen to battle truth than these nyggas.

Piperboy and Battle Truth with both make up some BS just to have something to talk about.
So in all honestly if I'm ranking the bloggers, I wouldn't even include them.
For as much hate as Rome DMV gets, as far as I know he doesn't do fake news. Jimz generally doesn't do blog to address rumors, tweets, or anything of that nature. But Piperboy and Battle Truth will say anything to stir things up. At one point Battle Truth had a shot to be taken semi-seriously, but he's loves to hear himself talk more than he loves battle rap.

yeah JIMZ will blog on his actual life, battle events, and some funny shyt. i like how JIMZ keeps it at that and address bullshyt if he really has to. Piperboy is hit or miss. I like most of what he says but sometimes he just goes overboard. Battle Truth has gotten funnier lately but yeah, he still is a minsinformed blogger.

It just says what we already know. If you grab the right international battle rapper and put him in the right match up, it will generate more views than the highest viewed url battle.

If Oxxymiron isn't exclusive to KOTD then that alone won't change much for their brand. I'm sure every battle league in the world has tried to book Oxxxymiron in the last 24 hours.

KOTD's franchise player got mopped in his hometown by a Russian battler/rapper who was rapping in English. It's a huge event, but it's not like the battle will be remembered as a classic. Yeah they get all the views that Oxxy brings in plus some extra subscribers, but their guy Diz (who happens to be a battling legend) lost pretty clearly.
If they don't have an exclusive relationship with Oxxymiron going forward, I don't see how it benefits them. The next league he battles on will get the same stimulus package.

Now that is a good point. Bragging rights for a battle rapper still with lower ad revenue for the league's channels.
