This is nothing to even critique him over. Its literally what the people who put their money in the pot voted for and he made that clear.
You can critique him all you want for him being soft on some battle rappers and all that and it's completely understandable. This really don't make sense to criticize him over even if you view him as URL state media.

How is it bullshyt tho? The whole reason for the survey was to give an incentive to add to the pot, to theoretically weed out people winning simply off of basic popularity and for it to be thorough as far as people's reasoning.
As far as rewarding battlers who don't care, it's not like folks voted for Twork or Math. I personally didn't think Geechi should've gotten it but even then, the survey kinda clearly had Hitman as a runner up but it still said Geechi clear. The only problem you could have is peoples votes being weighed the same no matter how much but ehhh what can you do.

The survey was used to test the voters and see if they actually watched the event live. Twitter polls can be voted on by anyone whether u watched or not. Twitter polls are not a better option. If there was anytime to change the system for the better, it should be when there’s more than $5,000 on the line.
