yesterday: bare circuit training

deadlift, bicep curl and db squat, drop sets

db rows, hammer bicep curls and db squats, dropsets

neutral back exercise/practice with pull down bar thingy. got a big problem with keeping my back straight during a lot of back lifts, it must be corrected :unimpressed:
