I did it a couple months ago when I bought a movie from Best Buy on sale and opened the case to get that security sticker off with my key and it scratched the disc... I took it back to Walmart and they gave me a new copy... I just told them that I bought it yesterday and got home and opened it up and the disc was scratched... they aren't going to argue with you on that shyt... they'll just exchange it out for the same product...

No they won't, if they game is opened wit a Receipt they will exchange it for the same product, but if it opened without a receipt they most likey gon throw u in the bushes wit no questions asked, and Ima manager for walmart right now
