sounds like you want a vote if we should do away with the cap reset during the first season next year.... If we gonna do owner mode like previously talked about then people gonna be absolutely fukked when it comes to money by signing people to these huge ass deals.

I dont see us doing owner mode unless they fix it next year, but there wont be any cap reset next year
