It's fun to really be apart of the moment a dude becomes Made. If they turned him face tomorrow, everyone would be behind him. He's been really good as a heel and on the mic and does a good job of balancing being a shytty heel and someone who can hold his own and has a unique, high impact moveset.
Wrestling always needs contrasting styles to make matches more interesting and give them more room to do stuff people havent seen, and Rollins can go with anyone on the roster and either take the beatdown or control the match. He's connected with the fans, because once again, the most important thing in wrestling is being an ENTERTAINING WRESTLER! Theres a reason that people like the Bret Harts and Jeff Hardys get over and it's because people care about them when they are in a ring for 25 minutes a time. Nobody ever gets a mic for 25 minutes, so I don't know why connecting with the crowd, in the ring, doing what theyre supposed to do gets discounted so often
