It's got all-wheel drive, so unlike the previous NSX, it has extra weight to send power to the front wheels.

It's kind of irrelevant to most drivers without professional driving training because they won't have the skills to push the envelope. They'll crash it and die if they try to. If they are good, then they can give other sports car a run for their money because of the front-to-rear balance and AWD. The Porsche 911 Turbo is about 200 lbs. less if you want to compare weight.
Send power to the front wheels? Like a Civic?
Then whats the point of the car at all. The whole point is to push the envelope.
To me a smaller lighter car is better even if its "slower". 1st gen NSX is perfect. Id rather literally have half the HP, 1000lb less weight and regular old RWD. Not as fast but its a much better purer driving experience. Shame cause now the OG NSX is skyrocketing in price
