Fourteen European countries have already banned GMO's GMO's have caused birth defects and tumors It's sad what the U.S. product makers will feed their people in order to make money I remember when they used to put "LARD" in their food. As of today, I've started my diet and I'm gonna buy organic foods. I'm already Vegetarian been that way for three years Germany and Poland that I know of have that shyt banned

Easiest thing may he to grow your own veggies and find a personal farm to source meat from. Lotta people confuse Organic with being Non GMO.

By law Organic is suppose to be GMO free. Some states have stiffer penalties than the federal government. I've been Organic for 6 years now. Organic food are not suppose to have the following

1) No GMO products or mutations in the food.
2) The repellent used on the GMO products must be GMO free as well.

If all else fails, you can go to the Non- GMO project website.
