Again this is where your bias shows. I could accept your opinion if you had heard all of the music, but as you haven't you are basing it PURELY on bias and a lack of knowledge. While I've heard both artists full discographies, I also rate Jay Z highly, top 5 or 6 most probably, but he's not fukking with K-Rino in any which way, not close either.
